Privacy Policy

DriftSlayer is a product of JoeLuT AI Inc. This privacy policy applies to the DriftSlayer platform and its SMS messaging program. It explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. We collect only what we need to provide the service.

Account information. When a business owner creates an account, we collect their name, email address, and business details so they can sign in and use DriftSlayer.

Worker information. When a business owner adds workers to the labor tracker, we collect each worker's name and phone number. We use this information only to send shift reminders by text message and to record clock-in and clock-out times and calculated pay for that business.

Operational data. We store the cost, recipe, production, and labor records that account holders enter or upload, so the platform can surface insights and summaries.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate DriftSlayer for the account holder.
• Send shift reminders to workers by text message.
• Record hours and calculate pay for each shift.
• Produce cost, margin, production, and daily summaries.

We do not use worker phone numbers for marketing, and we do not send workers any messages other than the reminders and confirmations needed to run their shifts.

DriftSlayer sends shift reminder text messages to the workers that an account holder adds to the labor tracker. This section explains exactly how that messaging program works.

What data we collect for messaging. We collect worker names, phone numbers, and work hours.

Purpose. We use this information to send shift reminder text messages to employees and to record their work hours.

Message frequency. Workers may receive up to 2 text messages per day (clock-in and clock-out reminders).

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile information and messaging consent will never be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts.

Security and data sale. Data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption, and your data is never sold.

Data is stored securely in a managed PostgreSQL database with access controls and row-level security, so each business can access only its own data. Connections are encrypted in transit. We restrict access to the people and systems that need it to operate the service.

We do not sell your data, and we never share it with third parties for their own purposes or for marketing. We use a small number of trusted service providers strictly to operate DriftSlayer, such as our hosting and database provider and our text-message delivery provider. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service on our behalf, and they are not permitted to use it for anything else.

Account holders can edit or remove worker records and other data at any time from within the app, and can deactivate a worker to stop reminders. Workers who want their information updated or removed should contact the business that added them, or reach us using the details below and we will assist.
