DriftSlayer is a product of JoeLuT AI Inc. These terms govern your use of DriftSlayer, a food operations platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

DriftSlayer is a food operations platform that helps food businesses track costs, recipes, suppliers, production, and labor, and surfaces insights and summaries from that data. The platform includes employee shift management with SMS reminders. Features and pricing may change over time as the product evolves.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including the worker names and phone numbers you add to the labor tracker.

DriftSlayer includes employee shift management with SMS reminders. By providing a phone number, workers consent to receive shift reminder text messages from the DriftSlayer program.

Message frequency. Workers may receive up to 2 text messages per day (clock-in and clock-out reminders).

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out and help. Workers can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, and can reply HELP at any time to get help. For support, contact us at hello@driftslayer.com.

Mobile information and messaging consent will never be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

By adding a worker's phone number, you confirm that you have the right to contact that person for work purposes and to receive shift reminders on their behalf. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required in your area. Workers can be deactivated at any time to stop reminders.

You agree to use DriftSlayer only for lawful business purposes. You will not misuse the service, attempt to access data that does not belong to you, interfere with its operation, or use it to send unsolicited or unlawful messages.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the data you enter, and you can export or delete it from within the app.

Cost, margin, yield, and profit and loss figures in DriftSlayer are estimates generated from the data you provide. They are for your information only and are not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying figures before relying on them for business or payroll decisions.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep DriftSlayer reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JoeLuT AI Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using DriftSlayer and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access to the service if these terms are violated.

We may update these terms as the product changes. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
